Golden Ticket units are early beta/pre-production o1 units supplied before the public production Drop. They are not final production units.
The Drop marks the beginning of o1’s public production release. Golden Ticket beta units come before that release.
Use o1 in real life, tell us what works and what needs attention, and help shape the production version.
Beta units may have bugs, hardware issues, incomplete features or confusing behavior. Testing and feedback help inform firmware/software updates and improvements to the production batch.
Beta status does not waive applicable cancellation, refund, defect, warranty or other consumer rights. Your order’s accepted purchase policies and shipping promises still apply.
Feedback is voluntary. Beta acknowledgment does not subscribe you to marketing or authorize additional telemetry, recordings or access to connected accounts. See the privacy notice for the data used by the services you choose.
Beta participation does not by itself include a production-unit replacement, free hardware upgrade or guaranteed release date. Any additional commitment must appear in your order’s written terms.
For new Golden Ticket purchases under this policy version, the required purchase acknowledgment is:

Existing orders retain the exact terms and shipping promises saved when they were placed. This page does not record new acceptance for an earlier purchase. Read the Golden Ticket beta guide for printable paperwork and product information.
Using the o1 website
Provide accurate information when creating an account or contacting us. Use your own email address and keep sign-in messages and private order links secure. Do not impersonate another person, attempt to access their account or order, interfere with the service, or bypass purchase or entry limits.
Eye World and shared designs
Choose a nickname that is respectful and suitable to share. Do not post personal contact details, threaten or harass someone, impersonate a person or brand, or use names or material that violate another person’s rights.
You keep any rights you have in the content you create. Saving or sharing a design allows us to store and display it as needed to provide the feature you chose. A shared eye URL makes that design and nickname visible to people who open it; it does not transfer ownership of your content or your device.
To report a harmful name or a rights concern, send the relevant eye link and an explanation to growit@growit.lol. Do not send a private order-access link.
The September Founder purchase
The September Arlington sale was offered for September 12, 2026, with ten units for event pickup and ten Golden Ticket preorders. That sale window has ended. Each purchase was for one o1 at $150, plus applicable tax. A Golden Ticket is a paid order for a physical device before production, not an entry into a prize draw.
JML TECH STUDIOS, 2310 S GREEN BAY RD STE C503, Racine, WI 53406, is the seller. Golden Ticket delivery is $10 for US delivery; pickup has no shipping charge. The September Golden Ticket orders retain their supported ship-by date of September 25, 2026, with estimated arrival September 26, 2026. The beta clarification does not reset or extend those promises.
Three different choices
- An account gives you access to your saved information and orders.
- The waitlist is an optional choice to receive o1 launch and availability emails.
- A future online drop requires intentional entry into that specific opening. Neither signing in nor purchasing a Founder unit automatically enters you.
Purchase rights remain
These site rules do not remove rights that apply to a physical-product purchase. Covered expo transactions can have a three-business-day cancellation right. Delayed preorders can require notices, choices and refunds. Read the returns and cancellation information and shipping information before buying.
Getting help
Contact growit@growit.lol about account access, a shared design or an o1 order. We may restrict misuse of the website while preserving applicable customer and consumer rights. The accepted policy version and seller details are saved with each paid order.
