Using the o1 website
Provide accurate information when creating an account or contacting us. Use your own email address and keep sign-in messages and private order links secure. Do not impersonate another person, attempt to access their account or order, interfere with the service, or bypass purchase or entry limits.
Eye World and shared designs
Choose a nickname that is respectful and suitable to share. Do not post personal contact details, threaten or harass someone, impersonate a person or brand, or use names or material that violate another person’s rights.
You keep any rights you have in the content you create. Saving or sharing a design allows us to store and display it as needed to provide the feature you chose. A shared eye URL makes that design and nickname visible to people who open it; it does not transfer ownership of your content or your device.
To report a harmful name or a rights concern, send the relevant eye link and an explanation to growit@growit.lol. Do not send a private order-access link.
The planned Founder purchase
The Arlington release is planned for September 12, 2026, with seven units for event pickup and ten Golden Ticket preorders. Each purchase is for one o1 at $150, plus applicable tax and any shipping charge shown before payment. A Golden Ticket is a paid order for a future physical device, not an entry into a prize draw.
The planned device purchase is a one-time charge. Optional third-party services may have separate terms and fees. Final included features, seller details, shipment deadline, returns and any written warranty will be disclosed before paid checkout opens.
Three different choices
- An account gives you access to your saved information and orders.
- The waitlist is an optional choice to receive o1 launch and availability emails.
- A future online drop requires intentional entry into that specific opening. Neither signing in nor purchasing a Founder unit automatically enters you.
Purchase rights remain
These site rules do not remove rights that apply to a physical-product purchase. Covered expo transactions can have a three-business-day cancellation right. Delayed preorders can require notices, choices and refunds. Read the returns and cancellation information and shipping information before buying.
Getting help
Contact growit@growit.lol about account access, a shared design or an o1 order. We may restrict misuse of the website while preserving applicable customer and consumer rights. The o1 purchase policies will identify the contracting seller and the exact version that applies to a paid order.
