Open your private order page from your confirmation email or My o1 to save a cancellation, return, warranty or delivery request. The page keeps a dated request receipt. Open cancellation requests pause further preparation while the team reviews them; carrier updates can continue for a package already handed over.
You can also email growit@growit.lol with your order reference and what happened without creating an account. Sending a request does not, by itself, confirm a refund or erase any rights you already have. Follow the cancellation notice provided with your purchase for applicable notice methods and deadlines.
The expo cancellation right
Certain consumer purchases made after personal solicitation at a temporary sales location are covered by federal and Texas cancellation rules. A covered $150 o1 expo purchase has a right to cancel through midnight of the third business day after the sale. Taking a unit home does not by itself remove this right.
For a covered purchase on Saturday, September 12, 2026, the ordinary deadline is midnight at the end of Wednesday, September 16, 2026, America/Chicago. The seller must provide the required dated receipt, seller address, cancellation information and two completed cancellation forms at the sale. The form and receipt must use the language of the sales presentation.
The receipt will identify where to send a cancellation. Seller details and the completed expo paperwork are being finalized before sales begin. Read the FTC explanation and Texas Chapter 601.
Unshipped preorders and delivery problems
Delayed-shipment cancellation rights are separate from a voluntary change-of-mind policy. The shipping information explains why a seller may need to ask whether you agree to wait or want a full refund.
Nothing on these prelaunch pages says that all sales are final or removes remedies that apply to nonfulfillment, a wrong item, a covered defect or other rights that cannot be waived.
What will be disclosed before checkout
The voluntary return window, eligible condition, any lawful charges, return authorization and address, and cancellation choices beyond mandatory rights have not been finalized. We are not advertising a return period or restocking fee before those details are confirmed.
