What this notice covers
This notice covers the growit.lol o1 product pages, Eye World, email signup, customer accounts and order services. Other Growit tools may have their own notices. For an o1 privacy question, contact growit@growit.lol.
What we use
- Email and account information. Your email, verification and session records, account preferences, and information you choose to save to your account help you sign in and use the site.
- Order information. When you purchase, we use your contact and delivery details, order items, payment references and status, and fulfillment and carrier events. Stripe processes payment details; the o1 order system does not store your full card number.
- Your eye design. Eye World can save an eye style and nickname in this browser when you choose Save. Designs saved to an account, where available, are also associated with that account.
- Support information. We use the message and relevant order or account information you provide to investigate requests, including cancellation, refund, privacy and accessibility questions.
- Technical records. Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, device/browser information, request logs and security events to operate the site, troubleshoot errors and prevent abuse.
Why we use this information
We use this information to operate accounts and saved designs, process purchases, fulfill and track orders, answer support requests, deliver service messages, keep records required for our business obligations, and protect the service against misuse. We send o1 launch and availability marketing only through the separate signup choice. Buying or signing in does not add you to that list.
Services that help us run o1
We use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for application records, Stripe for checkout and payment processing, and Resend for email. Each receives the information needed for its role. Shipping carriers receive delivery information when an order is shipped. EasyPost is the planned tracking connection; it is not currently enabled for Founder shipments.
We may also disclose relevant information when required by law, to address fraud or security incidents, or to establish or protect legal rights. If the business changes ownership, relevant records may transfer with it subject to applicable requirements.
Browser storage and preferences
Necessary cookies and similar storage support account security and access to private orders. Eye World saves chosen designs locally when you ask it to. Clearing browser site data removes local saves and may sign you out; it does not delete order or account records held by our services.
The standalone o1 account, order and policy pages do not include advertising tags. Other Growit pages may use analytics or advertising services and their own preference controls. Visiting those pages is subject to the disclosures and controls shown there.
Download or close your o1 account
In Account & help, you can download your account email, account dates and all saved Eye Closet designs as a JSON file. This scoped download does not include orders, support correspondence, marketing or security records. Contact us for a broader information request. Both download and closure require an email-verified sign-in from the last 15 minutes; verifying again does not automatically perform either action.
After you review and confirm account closure, we remove your o1 account and its saved Eye Closet designs, end account sessions on all devices and invalidate outstanding login codes. A minimal record with the account identifier, a hashed session identifier and closure time allows confirmation of a retried closure for 24 hours; it becomes unusable after that period and is removed by scheduled cleanup. Scheduled cleanup can take additional time.
Account closure does not cancel purchases, refunds or warranty support. Orders, accepted purchase documents, required transaction records and relevant support information remain separate. Existing private order links continue to work. Verifying the same email later creates a new account and restores access to matching retained orders, but does not restore deleted Eye Closet designs.
This control does not remove browser-local eye saves, previously shared URLs, marketing preferences or records held by service providers. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email for that separate choice. Essential messages for an existing order can continue. Contact growit@growit.lol for broader access, correction or deletion without creating an account.
Keeping and protecting records
We keep information for the purposes described here, including account operation, fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, disputes and legal or accounting obligations. We do not promise that closing an account immediately erases records needed for an order or legal obligation. We can explain what applies to your request.
Access restrictions and encrypted connections help protect records, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We do not need your password, full payment-card details or email verification code in a support message.
Your choices and requests
Use the unsubscribe link in an o1 marketing email to stop launch and availability updates. Essential verification, security and order messages have a different purpose. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel an order.
Email growit@growit.lol to request access, correction or deletion of your information, ask about processing, or challenge how a privacy request was handled. You do not need to create an account to make a privacy request. We may verify your connection to the records before disclosing or changing them, and explain any information that must be retained. Rights and response requirements depend on the law that applies to you.
Children and connected-device features
Do not include a child’s personal details in a public eye nickname. Contact us if you believe a child’s personal information was supplied without appropriate permission.
This notice describes the website and order services. Device camera inputs, connected tools and third-party credentials need feature-specific explanations when those services are offered. The website does not make a blanket promise that every connected-device feature keeps all information on the device.
Changes and contact
