Pickup or preorder
The first seven Founder units are planned for collection at the Arlington Small Business Expo on September 12, 2026, from 1–5 PM America/Chicago, at 1400 Dugan Street, Arlington, Texas. A Golden Ticket is a paid preorder for one device from the next batch; ten are planned.
Golden Ticket arrival is estimated for September 26, 2026. The plan allows about one week for parts, followed by preparation and transit. An arrival estimate is different from a supported shipment deadline. The final ship-by date, eligible destinations and shipping charge will appear before orders open.
What the status actually means
- Parts, assembly, testing and packing: updates recorded as the team completes that work.
- Label created: shipping information exists. This does not mean the carrier has the package.
- On the way: the carrier has accepted the shipment and reported movement.
- Out for delivery, available for pickup or delivered: the latest applicable carrier scan. A carrier exception means the shipment needs attention.
Tracking is designed to update from actual carrier information. Carrier connections are still being completed for this release. We do not advance a shipment status simply because time has passed.
If the shipment promise cannot be met
For an order covered by the applicable shipment rules, a seller that cannot ship on time must provide the required delay notice and explain the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund. Further delays may require your express consent. A new date on a tracking page by itself does not replace a required direct notice.
Required refunds for unshipped orders include the applicable amounts paid for that order; store credit is not a substitute. The final order process will preserve the shipment promise and any later notice and response.
Address or delivery problem
Contact growit@growit.lol with your order reference if an address is wrong, tracking reports a problem, or an item is missing or damaged. An address-change request is not confirmed until the team verifies it. If a package is already moving, the available options can depend on the carrier.
Keep the packaging and any useful photographs for a damaged or incorrect item. Do not publish your full address or private order link in a shared eye design.
