What is a Golden Ticket?

A Golden Ticket buys one early beta/pre-production o1, before the public production Drop. These are not final production units. Real-world use and voluntary feedback help us find bugs, hardware issues and confusing features, and guide firmware/software improvements for production.

The Drop is the beginning of the public production release. Golden Ticket participation does not automatically enter you into an online drop or include a replacement production device. Read the full beta guide.

What happens after I order?

Your order is confirmed after payment is verified. For preorders, follow parts, assembly, testing, and shipment on your order page. We email tracking when your package is handed to the carrier.

Delivery dates are estimates. Required delay notices and cancellation/refund choices remain separate from beta acknowledgment.
