1. Subscriptions

• All plans are prepaid and non-refundable after access is granted.
• You can cancel anytime; your access remains through the current billing period.

2. Exceptional cases

• We may consider a pro-rated credit or refund for duplicate charges or confirmed billing errors.
• Abuse, excessive usage, or policy violations are ineligible for refunds.

3. Trials and promotions

Trial periods and promotional discounts are one-time and non-refundable. If you continue after a trial, normal billing applies.

4. How to request

Email billing@growit.lol within 7 days of the charge with your account email and invoice ID. We review requests in good faith.
