Privacy and permissions

Our Privacy Policy explains collection, providers, retention and requests. Our Cookie Policy lists browser storage and optional tracking. Cookie choices, optional marketing email, AI sharing and app permissions are separate controls.

Request your information or account closure

Email info@jmltechstudios.com to request access, correction, export, deletion, or to appeal a privacy-request decision. Include your account email and request type. We verify identity without asking for your password. Deletion can have lawful record-retention exceptions; sending a request is not confirmation of deletion.

Manage individual chats, memories, drafts and connections in your workspace. A device-account export covers that account and Eye Closet, not all AI workspace records. Also cancel in Billing if you want subscription renewal to stop.

Report a problem

Contact the same inbox for billing issues, security concerns, an underage account or infringing content. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information. Physical products have separate o1 legal and purchase information.
