• You must provide accurate info, keep credentials secure, and be at least 18.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• No reverse engineering or circumventing security or billing.

3. Subscriptions and fees

• Paid plans are billed in advance; fees are non-refundable except as required by law or our refund policy.
• We may change pricing with notice; continued use after changes is acceptance.

4. Content and data

• You own your content. You grant us a license to process it to provide the service.
• We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve Growit.

5. AI outputs

AI responses may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or acting on them.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or risk. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your billing period unless terminated for cause.

7. Disclaimers

Growit is provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted, Growit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to Growit in the past 3 months.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict of laws. Venue and jurisdiction are exclusive to Delaware state and federal courts.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
