How to buy Growit O1 and get order support

A current guide to O1 waitlists, drop entry, selection, checkout verification, price status, delivery evidence, returns, warranty information, and order help.

Truth note

Current O1 price is TBD. The September 12 Arlington Founder event in legacy materials is in the past; this page does not present it or its event price as a current offer.

Can you buy Growit O1 now?

The current public record describes a free waitlist and planned online drop-entry windows. A waitlist signup is not an order. A free drop entry is not a purchase and does not win a free device. Selection creates a time-limited opportunity to complete a paid checkout. Current price, quantities, shipping details, and general availability remain subject to a current announcement and checkout.

Do not use an earlier Oneira, Founder-event, or preorder page as proof that a current offer is open. The current O1 product page, current drop rules, and live checkout must agree on the seller, item, price, tax, shipping, timing, returns, warranty, and total before you pay.

Joining the O1 waitlist is the lowest-commitment way to follow launch information. It should take no payment, reserve no inventory, create no drop entry, and provide no selection advantage.

Waitlist, drop entry, and purchase are separate actions

What each action does—and does not do
ActionWhat it meansWhat it does not mean
Join the waitlistReceive O1 launch and availability updates after the applicable signup and verification steps. No reservation, payment, drop entry, guaranteed selection, or purchase priority.
Enter a dropIntentionally verify one free entry during the published 72-hour window. Not a device giveaway, payment, order, or advantage for entering early.
Receive a selectionReceive a purchase allocation with a stated deadline; current rules describe 24 hours. Not a free device and not a completed purchase.
Complete checkoutReview the current item, price, taxes, shipping, policies, and final total before paying. Not confirmed until payment and order verification succeed.
Receive trackingFollow shipment status after the order reaches fulfillment.A label alone does not prove the carrier accepted the package.

Current drop rules describe one entry per eligible verified person per drop, no early-entry advantage, a frozen eligible pool after the window closes, and random ordering for available purchase allocations. An expired allocation moves to the next eligible person on the reserve list. Read the current drop rules before relying on those mechanics.

Published 2026 drop schedule

The September 19 media fact sheet and current drop materials publish the following windows at noon America/Chicago. Treat them as the current first-party schedule, not a guarantee that price, quantity, destination, or fulfillment details are already final. Confirm the live rules before each window.

Planned O1 entry and selection dates
DropEntry windowSelection date
Drop 001October 23–26, 2026October 27, 2026
Drop 002November 13–16, 2026November 17, 2026
GenesisDecember 4–7, 2026December 8, 2026

A schedule can change. Save the current rules or confirmation shown when you enter, and never share a verification code or private selection link. If a social post or message conflicts with the official page, use the official page and ask support to clarify.

Verify the offer before checkout

Current public price is TBD. The fact that older materials contain a dollar amount does not make that amount the current Growit O1 price. A valid current checkout should show enough information to identify exactly what is being purchased and what happens next.

  • The legal seller and support contact.
  • The product name, quantity, edition or configuration, and what is included.
  • Item price, discount if any, tax, shipping charge, currency, and final total.
  • Eligible destination and whether the address is for shipping or pickup.
  • Order or preorder status, estimated timing, and what can change.
  • Current cancellation, return, warranty, and privacy terms.
  • A clear statement of whether connected services or provider fees are separate.

Do not pay from a forwarded private link. Open the current official O1 page yourself, confirm the domain and secure connection, and compare the item and total with the current terms. Keep your receipt and private order link out of public posts.

Delivery evidence has stages

An estimate is not a guarantee, and a created shipping label is not carrier acceptance. The most useful order record distinguishes payment verification, order confirmation, production or allocation status, label creation, carrier acceptance, transit, and delivery.

Payment verified
The payment processor and seller recognize the successful transaction.
Order confirmed
A real order record exists for the described item and buyer.
Label created
A tracking number can exist before a carrier has the package.
Carrier accepted
The carrier records possession; this is stronger shipment evidence than label creation.
Delivered
The carrier reports delivery; inspect the parcel and item promptly under the current policies.

The current conservative record does not publish a general ship-by date or destination list. If a checkout does, save that version with your receipt. If timing changes, use the order reference when asking support for the current estimate and available options.

Read the current returns and warranty pages before paying

This guide does not invent a universal return window, warranty duration, remedy, or jurisdiction-specific right. Read the current returns page, warranty page, and purchase terms shown for the live offer. If they are incomplete or conflict with checkout, stop and ask for a written clarification.

  • Do not send hardware to an address that support has not confirmed for your case.
  • A support request does not automatically confirm a cancellation, refund, replacement, or warranty claim.
  • Keep the order reference, issue description, photos or video you choose to provide, and the written response.
  • For a delivery problem, distinguish carrier status from product condition and follow the current reporting instructions.
  • Do not post private order links, addresses, verification codes, or payment details when seeking help publicly.

How to get useful order support

Email growit@growit.lol from the address used for the order when possible. Include the order reference, the exact issue, the action you want, and any deadline. Do not send a full card number, password, provider credential, or public share link containing private information.

Suggested subject: O1 order help — [order reference] — [short issue]

Suggested body: Purchase date; item or edition shown; current status; what changed; requested resolution; safe contact information.

For a capability question before buying, link the exact row in the status ledger. For a provider or privacy question, describe the full workflow using the connection checklist.

Buyer checklist

  1. Check the feature you want in the current status ledger.
  2. Map all accounts, connectivity, permissions, privacy boundaries, and third-party costs.
  3. Confirm that the current price and offer are on the canonical O1 site—not a legacy Oneira or event page.
  4. Read the live item description, total, timing, returns, warranty, privacy notice, and seller details.
  5. Understand whether you are joining a waitlist, entering a drop, receiving a selection, or completing a purchase.
  6. Save the confirmation and policy version without exposing private links or codes.
  7. Use the order reference and verified support address for help.
