For the past six years, Josiah has been building real-world creative and technology projects through JML Tech Studios, a media and innovation company focused on cinematic storytelling, premium production, digital strategy, and creative technology. His work has connected him with major creator and media spaces, including Airrack, MrBeast-related opportunities, and production leadership through UpperRoom.

Josiah is also the founder of Growit.lol. Its current O1 AI web beta brings chats, tasks, memory, configurable agents, and supported connected apps into one experience, with approval before changes in those apps. Growit is separately developing an expressive pocket AI device; its final production details are not yet published.

As an Academy Award-winning cinematographer, Josiah brings a rare level of visual excellence, creative discipline, and storytelling instinct to everything he builds. His mission is to create platforms, films, tools, and opportunities that help creators, ministries, businesses, and young leaders grow with excellence, visibility, and purpose.
