How the openings are planned to work
Each online entry window will be free and open for 72 hours. Each verified person gets one entry per drop. Entering earlier in that window gives no selection advantage. After the window closes, eligible entries are placed in a random order.
Selected buyers receive an allocation for a real available o1 and a private purchase deadline of 24 hours. Selection is an opportunity to purchase, not a free device. An unpurchased allocation moves to the next eligible person in the reserve order.

Waitlist, Founders and entry are separate
Joining the waitlist only requests launch and availability emails. Creating an account, making or sharing eyes, and buying a Founder unit do not automatically enter a drop or improve selection odds. You must intentionally verify and enter each specific opening.
The seven expo pickup units and ten Golden Ticket paid preorders are a separate Founder sale. They are not entry tickets for these online openings.
Before an entry window opens
The final rules for that opening will identify eligible locations and ages, available allocation, purchase price and shipping terms, verification requirements and how incorrect or abusive entries are handled. Entry is not yet open. The plan on this page does not promise a device or a particular chance of selection.
