Readable, usable pages
We work toward clear language, readable contrast, keyboard access and layouts that work on small screens. These policy pages can be read without JavaScript and include a skip link and visible keyboard focus. We continue to check interactive features, including sign-in, Eye World and order tracking.
This is a description of our approach, not a claim that every page has been independently certified or meets every accessibility criterion.
Tell us what got in the way
Email growit@growit.lol with the page address, the task you were trying to complete and the problem you encountered. Include your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable doing so. We can use that information to investigate and help with an alternative way to complete the task.
Do not include a private order link or email verification code. An order reference is enough to begin an order-support conversation.
Motion and display preferences
Use the animation control in Eye World to pause its preview. Supported interactive features can also respond to your device’s reduced-motion preference. Browser zoom and text-size settings can help you read these pages.
