How to get o1, and where to get help
Joining the waitlist, buying a Founder unit and entering an online drop are separate choices. Here is what each means, what is still being finalized and where to find order help.
Choose the path you actually want
The o1 waitlist is free and requests launch and availability emails. It takes no payment, reserves no device and does not enter a drop. An o1 account is another separate choice: it gives access to saved information and matching orders. Neither an account nor an Eye World design is a purchase or an entry.
The purchase paths are the planned Arlington Founders release and later online drops. Read the terms for the path you choose. Founder checkout is currently closed while final seller, shipping, return and warranty details are completed. The public pages describe the current plan; they are not the finalized purchase contract.
The Arlington Founders plan
The announced Founders release is planned for the Arlington Small Business Expo on September 12, 2026, from 1–5 PM America/Chicago at 1400 Dugan Street, Arlington, Texas. The plan has seven units for event pickup and ten Golden Ticket preorders. The current purchase information states $150 for one o1, plus applicable tax and any shipping charge shown before payment.
A Golden Ticket is a paid preorder for one physical device from the next Founder batch. It is not an entry into a prize draw or a ticket that improves your online drop chances. The Founders page is the place to check the current sale status and available purchase options.
Golden Ticket arrival is estimated for September 26, 2026. The shipping page distinguishes that estimate from a supported shipment deadline: the final ship-by date, eligible destinations and shipping charge will appear before orders open. Do not plan around an arrival estimate as though it were a guaranteed delivery date.
The three online entry windows
| Opening | Free entry window | Selection |
|---|---|---|
| 001 · First Access | October 23–26 | October 27 |
| 002 · Second Opening | November 13–16 | November 17 |
| 003 · Genesis | December 4–7 | December 8 |
Each planned window lasts 72 hours, with one free entry per verified person per drop. You must intentionally verify and enter that specific opening. Entering earlier within the window gives no selection advantage. October uses CDT; November and December use CST.
After a window closes, eligible entries are randomly ordered. Selected buyers receive a real unit allocation and a private invitation with 24 hours to complete a purchase. Selection is an opportunity to buy, not a free device. An allocation that expires without purchase moves to the next eligible person in the randomized reserve list. Pricing, quantities and shipping details will be announced before each drop; check the online drop information for the applicable rules.
What to read before paying
Check the exact hardware and included features, the seller’s details, total price, tax, shipping charges and promised shipment date. The feature-status guide separates working reactions from connected betas and the planned Maker Path. The connections guide explains why optional third-party service fees are separate from the device purchase.
Read the returns and cancellation information and warranty information before checkout. A specific written hardware warranty duration, coverage and remedy have not yet been published. Voluntary return details are also being finalized. Use the final documents shown for your purchase; do not borrow a warranty or return promise from a different storefront.
Follow an order using its real updates
An order is confirmed after payment is verified. The Founders plan provides a private order page for progress through parts, assembly, testing and shipment. Keep your confirmation and order reference. Where orders are available in your account, My o1 provides access without turning your private order link into something to share publicly.
A shipping label means shipment information exists; it does not mean a carrier has the package. “On the way” depends on carrier acceptance and reported movement. The shipping page says carrier connections are still being completed, and that time passing alone does not advance shipment status. If an estimate changes or tracking looks wrong, read the actual update and contact the team with your order reference.
Get help with a purchase or account
Email growit@growit.lol with your order reference and a clear description of the problem. You can ask for order or cancellation help without creating an account. A private order page can also record a support request and dated receipt where that order service is available. A request by itself does not confirm a refund; follow the notices and instructions provided with your purchase.
Do not send verification codes, full payment-card details or a private order-access link in a public post. For a damaged or incorrect item, keep the packaging and useful photographs, and wait for the team’s confirmed instructions before mailing a device. The o1 policies and help pages collect shipping, cancellation, warranty, privacy and accessibility information in one place.
