You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, an assignment, publication, compensation, or any other benefit. Growit may pause or close the open brief.

The current open Founding Clip Crew brief offers possible feature and creator credit on Growit channels only. It does not offer cash, a free product, better drop odds, a device reservation, or purchase priority. A future paid or gifted assignment requires separate written terms before work begins.

You keep ownership of your content. You must own or have permission to use every visual, recording, voice, person, mark, and sound in it. Do not use copyrighted footage or music just because it is available online. Submission gives Growit permission to review the public post; Growit must ask before downloading, editing, or reposting it unless you separately granted repost permission.

Do not create a fake device demonstration, fabricated review, fake customer experience, invented performance result, or unsupported product claim. Label Eye World as a browser preview, campaign art as campaign artwork, and prototype photos as working-prototype photos. Keep working, connected-beta, and planned capabilities separate.

Your opinion can be positive, negative, or mixed. Growit does not require praise. If Growit identifies a factual error, you decide how to address it, but continued participation can be denied for knowingly false or misleading product claims.

Clearly disclose any material relationship with Growit, including payment, a loaned or free product, access, travel, affiliate value, or a featured-creator relationship. Put the disclosure where people will notice it before or while viewing the claim. Follow the platform rules and advertising laws that apply to you.

Do not use bots, purchased engagement, engagement pods, undisclosed paid comments, misleading giveaways, spam, impersonation, or deceptive calls to action. Never tell viewers that a waitlist signup enters a drop, reserves a device, guarantees selection, or improves their odds.

You may use the files explicitly listed on the current Clip Crew page for an original post about o1. Keep brand marks intact and preserve labels that distinguish artwork from prototype photography. This permission ends if Growit removes the asset or asks you to stop using it for a legal, safety, or rights reason.

Growit may remove a feature or end participation for a terms violation, rights complaint, safety issue, or deceptive practice. To withdraw your application, report a rights issue, or ask about a submitted clip, email growit@growit.lol. Removing a Growit feature does not remove your original post from your account.

Application and submission information is handled under the o1 privacy notice. Material changes to these terms receive a new version. A later version does not silently change a separate assignment already agreed in writing.
