Your Golden Ticket o1 is an early beta / pre-production unit supplied before the public production release.

Golden Ticket = beta / pre-production.

The Drop = the beginning of the production release. This unit is not the finished production unit.

Real use helps us learn.

Try o1 in everyday use and share feedback if you choose. Bugs, hardware issues, confusing features, and firmware or software improvements you identify can help inform the production version.

Beta features and behavior may change. A Golden Ticket does not by itself promise a production date, a particular update, a free upgrade, or a replacement production unit.

Tell us what happened.

  • Include your order reference, unit identifier, and software version if known.
  • Describe what you tried, what you expected, and what happened.
  • Leave out passwords, payment details, private order links, and unrelated personal information.

If something seems unsafe, stop.

If o1 arrives damaged or becomes unusually hot, swollen, smoking, or otherwise unsafe, stop using and charging it and contact us. Do not try to reproduce the problem or repair the device yourself. Contact support before arranging a return.

Your order rights remain.

The applicable purchase terms, cancellation and returns policy, warranty, and privacy notice still apply. Beta status does not waive your rights or change the shipping promise preserved with your order.
