Growit / o1 · Legal & privacy Terms of Service Effective October 1, 2026 This agreement is between you and JML Tech Studios LLC, a Wisconsin company operating Growit and o1 on growit.lol. It covers web software and connected features. Separate purchase terms govern physical o1 products. 1. Eligibility and accounts Growit is offered in the United States to people at least 18 years old. Confirm eligibility and accept these terms before using the AI workspace. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and report unauthorized access. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. 2. Using the service Growit offers AI chat, research, creative tools, saved work and optional app connections. Features have usage and spending limits and may be in beta. Read-only lookups in curated apps can run as part of your request; connected-app changes require the review shown in the product. Check the reported result before treating an action as completed. We do not promise unattended work, continuous availability, earnings, growth or particular results. A software subscription does not include hardware delivery. 3. Acceptable use Use the service lawfully. Do not facilitate fraud, illegal or exploitative content, harassment, infringement, or deceptive conduct. Do not bypass security, access, payment or usage restrictions, abuse the service, or resell API keys or standalone model access. Provide only content you are entitled to process. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, or regulated sensitive information that a feature is not designed to handle. Comply with the applicable OpenAI usage policies, Meta model terms and acceptable use rules, and Higgsfield API terms when using their features. Preserve required AI disclosure and provenance markings. 4. Content and AI results You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize us and the providers used by your chosen feature to process it to fulfill your request, save your work, secure the service and meet legal obligations. Our Privacy Policy explains provider processing, retention and controls. AI can make mistakes, produce similar results for others, or include material subject to third-party rights. Review facts, permissions and proposed actions before relying on or publishing results. AI is not a substitute for qualified professional advice. We do not guarantee accuracy, uniqueness or intellectual property protection. 5. Subscriptions, trials and renewal Checkout shows your price, billing interval, applicable taxes, trial and renewal terms before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically and charge your selected payment method each billing period until canceled. An eligible seven-day trial charges $0 during the trial, requires a payment method, and converts to the displayed paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends. Review and affirmatively accept checkout terms before purchase. Keep your receipt. Displayed allowances are subject to limits and provider-cost budgets even if an hourly message allowance remains. AI use is not unlimited. Material subscription changes, including price increases, will be disclosed before they take effect with any notice and consent required by law. A new displayed price does not authorize an immediate increase to an agreed charge. 6. Cancellation, usage purchases and refunds Open Billing settings to cancel online. Cancellation stops renewal; paid access ordinarily continues through the paid period. Cancel a trial before its end to avoid its first subscription charge. If you cannot access your account, email info@jmltechstudios.com for cancellation help. AI allowance top-ups are separate one-time purchases without automatic reload. Allowance is a service usage budget, not cash, a deposit or a transferable balance. Refunds follow our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights. 7. Connections and ending service App connections are optional and subject to their providers’ terms. Approve only intended access. Disconnecting stored credentials in Growit is separate from revoking provider authorization. We may restrict or end access for violations, security risks, nonpayment or legal requirements, and will give notice where required. Account deletion is separate from canceling a subscription; contact us to arrange both. Required billing, security and legal records may remain after deletion. 8. Disclaimers and liability To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To that extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to service fees you paid us in the preceding three months. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited or waive mandatory consumer protections. You may have rights that apply despite this section. 9. Governing law and changes Wisconsin law governs this agreement, subject to consumer protections and other rights that cannot be displaced under the law applicable to you. These terms do not require arbitration or waive small-claims rights. We publish and retain dated versions, notify you of material changes, and request new acceptance where required. Changes do not create retroactive consent to charges or optional data processing. 10. Include enough detail to identify the issue; do not email passwords, full card numbers or tax identifiers.
