Growit / o1 · Legal & privacy Billing & refunds Effective October 1, 2026 JML Tech Studios LLC operates Growit software. This policy covers subscriptions and AI usage purchases. Physical o1 orders have separate purchase and return policies. Cancel a subscription Open Billing settings, choose Cancel subscription, and confirm. Cancellation stops renewal; it does not automatically refund a past charge. Paid access ordinarily continues until the paid period ends. If you cannot sign in or cancellation fails, email info@jmltechstudios.com. Seven-day trials An eligible trial charges $0 during its seven days and requires a payment method. It converts to the price and interval shown at checkout unless canceled before the trial ends. Cancel before that date to avoid the first subscription charge. There is no trial fee to refund; a later charge is handled as a paid subscription charge. Refunds and billing errors Subscription fees are paid in advance. We do not ordinarily refund a completed billing period or partially used service solely because you no longer need it. This does not limit refunds, cancellation rights or remedies required by law. Contact us promptly about duplicate, unauthorized or incorrect charges, or a service problem. We review errors and exceptional circumstances in good faith and may issue a credit or refund. No seven-day cutoff removes a statutory right. One-time AI allowance purchases Checkout and Billing show the price and allowance for each top-up. It does not automatically repeat. Allowance is not cash and cannot be transferred or withdrawn. Consumed allowance is ordinarily not refunded except for confirmed errors or as required by law. A refund or dispute can remove funded allowance; if it was already used, further AI use can pause while the issue is resolved. We do not silently recharge your card. Request help Email info@jmltechstudios.com with your account email, charge date, invoice or receipt identifier, and what happened. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or tax identifiers. We may verify account ownership. A request is not a confirmed refund until we communicate the decision. Approved refunds go through the original payment method where possible. Your payment provider controls when funds appear. Cancel renewal separately if you also want to stop future charges. Physical products and other rights For physical o1 orders, use the purchase terms supplied with the order and device return information. This software policy does not replace hardware warranties, delivery obligations or mandatory consumer rights. Read the Terms for the software agreement.
